To ensure our clients working environment, premises, or managed premises risks are managed affectively we will first identify the hazards that could result in significant injury to employees, residents, visitors or members of the public.

Some hazards that could be identified are slips, trips and / or falls, fire, hazardous substances etc.

We will them generate a detailed risk assessment advising of any potential risk and actions as to how these risk may be minimised or eliminated.

We are also able to follow up the risk assessments with an option for our maintenance company carrying out any necessary works.

As a responsible manager, agent or business owner of any building, you need to ensure the property you manage or work in is safe and free from risk or hazard to anyone that may have access. This includes residents, contractors, members of the public, employees and unauthorised visitors.
